The County’s Health Services Division manages eight health centers. They constructed this 53,000 sq. ft. medical office building (MOB) to replace an outdated facility. The new MOB provides exam rooms, treatment rooms and a small conference space, offices, and other support spaces. SKA was retained to develop site, parking garage, building interior, and exterior building signage and wayfinding. The system meshes with architectural features, the interior color palette, and specially commissioned artwork, and features iconic shapes to reinforce navigation.
