Under a multi-phased development plan, an under-utilized site in the heart of Alhambra was transformed into a bustling urban community. Previously vacant property gave rise to a new 20-building office complex, restaurants, retail buildings, fitness facility, schools, and 311 residential units. To support the new vehicular demands of the development, a two-level garage and surface parking lots were constructed. In addition to preparing a comprehensive campus wayfinding program, SKA addressed the individual signing requirements for the parking areas. The program ties into campus wayfinding, but also incorporates illuminated signs and super graphics.
