VEO is a high-end retail and residential complex located in a burgeoning neighborhood of Carson, California. SKA developed elegant yet simple signage components expressing the modern industrial chic aesthetic of the architecture. Retail venues located on the ground floor of the condominium buildings anchor the campus and tenant signage introduces the graphic theme. In addition to site identification and vehicular signage, pedestrian- scaled signage was developed as well as street signage.
