Project Management

Our diverse, multidisciplinary team has successfully completed projects of every size and complexity. By design, we have remained a mid-sized firm so our two Principals, Jon Fimbres and Joseph Stoddard, may remain engaged in every project.

Each project is assigned a Principal-in-Charge and a Project Manager, as well as the necessary programming, design, drafting and administrative support that is needed. This team meets weekly to review progress, updates/changes, pending deadlines and workload. We engage qualified consultants to supplement our teams as needed to meet workload demands.

We utilize a customized database system for tracking project man-hours, and DeltekĀ® accounting software to manage budgets and cost information. At regular intervals, our Principals review this data to assess our performance on project budgets, and proactively address any potential issues. Due to this preventative management style, we are able to keep our contract amendments and project change orders to a minimum.
